You need a program that does FTP transfers. A good program is
Cute FTP. You can download it from http://www.cuteftp.com/download.
It's a case of simply seeing two windows; one shows your local
hard drive, and the other shows your Webspace. Just drag and
drop files from one window to the other to upload.
You will need to provide the following details in the program
to connect to your Webspace:
1. Host address = e.g. www.yourname.com
2. User ID = which we give you when you buy Webspace
3. Password = which we give you when you buy Webspace
